It was a big risk. A really big risk to buy a land and have a house constructed on it. Our finances will definitely put on a gamble. I know that there will be lot of expectations, satisfactions and disappointments along the way. But we never give up in each challenge that we been into and we are about to face. This one is no difference from the rest. When will we do it if not now?
Then another discussion on the finances and reality. Can we afford it? Is it reasonable and practical? Do we really need it? Why not buy a house and lot instead of a lot only? There are lot of questions thrown but at the end, our desire to have our own house and be a quiet and peaceful place on the latter days of our lives become apparent of our motivation to have this place.
We finally decided to complicate our lives. Having a lot and building a house is much harder than buying a furnished house. But we decided to build a house according to our want, well I hope we can at least do some.
After a long discussion, here we are in a place where we will build a dream house and a family that we can call ours. I am confident that we will be just fine as we go on with this journey.
