Php---,---.—is quite a lot of money so it is really hard to decide if you will take or not. And to think that this is just a piece of lot without any structure but instead tall grass and marapait (Ibaloy’s term for sunflower). There are no trees that need to be sacrifice which is a good thing I am definite.
