A very costly piece of earth

Php---,---.—is quite a lot of money so it is really hard to decide if you will take or not.  And to think that this is just a piece of lot without any structure but instead tall grass and marapait (Ibaloy’s term for sunflower).  There are no trees that need to be sacrifice which is a good thing I am definite. Of course, he was shocked of the price because according to him, in the province, you can already have a lot and two houses with this amount alone. Reality check again --- this is Baguio, a major tourist destination in the country.  Everyone loves to be here.  It’s a very good investment too.  Prices of land in a suburban, based on what Pagibig told me and from the listings in the local newspaper, seemed that our lot is way cheap. Some friends who are also good in lot appraisal said we got the best rate. At this point, I am totally convinced that we should get this one.   BUT STILL THIS IT TOO EXPENSIVE!  In consolation, I guess it is a nice neighborhood though I have few neighbors because some of the lots adjacent to mine are still vacant. The lot offers a nice and natural beauty of nature. At one side, you can see Sto. Tomas mountains. Think smart, think smart. Ting!  This time I am pretty sure that we made the right decision.
